How to Sign Up

In order to enroll in a course, we recommend you contact us through our email a week prior to the course’s start date. To confirm your spot, you must make a non-refundable deposit of €150. The amount will be deducted from the total cost of the course that the student will pay upon arriving to the Studio. The deposit must be made exclusively through our website. Once we receive the deposit, your registration is confirmed and we will contact you in 24 hrs with all the course details. There are no administrative fees and all taxes are included in the course prices.

In case the student would like to move the class date after enrollment, no extra fee would be applied. For rescheduling a new date, we ask you to contact us, at minimum, a week in advance in order for us to find availability.

Payment Methods

The remaining balance should be settled on the first day of class or one day in advance. The following payment options are available:

• Bank Transfer: Bank details can be requested through our email

• All major Credit Cards

• Cash: exclusively at the studio reception

For our Long Term Academic Programs, students can either pay the full amount in full or 50% of the total on the first day of class and the remaining 50% half way through the course duration.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation terms apply for our studio’s in-person courses:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our studio email.

  • If a cancellation is made before the beginning of the course, only the deposit will be retained.

  • There will be no refunds for students who cancel during an on-going course. Students will have the possibility to postpone their remaining classes to a new date.

  • In case the course is postponed due to force majeure conditions, only the deposit will be retained and we will offer rescheduling.

  • For rescheduling the course date after enrollment, no extra fee would be applied. We ask you to contact us, at minimum, a week in advance in order for us to find availability and fix the new date of the course.

  • If Apollon Art Studio cancels the course 100% of the fee including the deposit will be refunded. If Apollon Art Studio cancels class during an on-going course, students have the option to receive a partial refund (based on the remaining time) or a voucher to reschedule the course for another date.
